A POST!

hello everyone. It is Nick, from the Syracuse Illustration 05 class... im living high in the rockies these days, but still getting arty with it! I recently found a great podcast with none other than ol' Murray Tinkelman! Its not only inspiring and informative, but what a blast from the past to hear him rant! I hope all is well, and maybe someone will actually see this here! My new email is NicholasFroehlich@gmail.com, and the new website goes up in January!
(by the way, up top is my Honorably Mentioned snow sculpture of the Bumble - up in the Blue River Plaza of lovely Breckenridge, CO until it melts!)

Credit where it is due - the source of the podcast is Escape From Illustration Island - its like symposium without designers and FREE (aka worth 0 credits)!

1st "Assignment"....?!?!

Self-Portraits -- Starting NOW until June 1st (good date, Alexius?), feel free to sketch up your bad self and post it. If for no other reason, then to get re-acquainted. I'm starting to forget who the hams I'm sharing this blog with...

Fake Assignments

So would anyone be interested in biting off blogarians.blogspot.com and coming up with a different theme/topic for art to post at various times? We could start off with... Mechanimals?

...

Seriously, any suggestions?

how to post art...

hey guys-
to post art/images, go to blogger.com, login, go to post, then see how there's the little spell check icon and the image icon? click on the image icon, and a popup box will pop up. from there select the file from the computer, click how you want your post formatted, how big you want your picture, then click "post" or "submit" or whatever the button says. it'll upload the image, then close itself and add some code to your post. hit publish, and voila.

First Art

We love you Nicholas Q. Froehlich.
